    Shay’s Rebellion showed that the Articles of Confederation had destroyed the union with its overbearing policies and taxation had some minor issues, but worked well overall needed to be completely rewritten to keep the country from falling apart worked well and were a good set of policies to continue to operate under

    That one is the third choice. Shay's Rebellion showed how flawed the Article of Confederation was. With no real power country had to rely on the support of the state to keep peace and order

    Under the Articles of Confederation, if the federal government wanted to start a program to help farmers improve the methods they were using, it could require participation from all states with large agriculture industries suggest the program to states and they could decide to cooperate or not require states with universities to contribute both money and research time use tax money from the states to fund the program
