When conducting research for a thesis paper, what is the best way to determine the author’s point of view?

    Analyze the relevance and publication date of the source. Determine the author’s relationship to the particular topic. Establish how much evidence the author has referenced. Create a Venn diagram to compare the author’s main idea. Read the topic sentence of each paragraph for the main idea.
