Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1The weight of 10 books is 24 multiplied by 10 = 240 oz. So to find the weight of n books, without the carton, we multiply the weight of one book by n, giving 24n. Then we add the weight of the carton, giving 24n + 8.
