Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0A relation is a function if its has a onetoone relation between input and output or a manytoone relation. If it is one to many then it is not a function. for example (x,y): (3,4), ( 3,8), (9,12) is not a function because 3 maps to 4 and also to 8 . Its onetomany. (1, 4) , (2 , 4) (6,3) is a function  it is many to one (1,2), (3,4), (7,8) is a function as it is onetoone
