    by definition, of relative frequency, we have the subsequent relative frequency for green bar: \[\Large \frac{5}{{3 + 8 + 2 + 5}} = \frac{5}{{18}} \cong 0.28\] so you are right

    similarly for red bar, we have: \[\Large \frac{8}{{3 + 8 + 2 + 5}} = \frac{4}{9} \cong 0.44\]
