A way the supreme court contributes to the balance of power in us gov by A using the first amendment to speak out about the law B. Hearing cases that involve members of cong C removing representative from Senate D. Declare laws passed by Congress as unconstutional

    @Haileyframirez the supreme court can declare a law passed by congress as unconstitutional, that's the power that they have. The only other power that the government has to counter this would be to replace the supreme court justices by appointing new ones. but typically a supreme court justice holds the position for life.
