In your opinion, what would have happened had the Founding Fathers chosen to simply modify the Articles of Confederation?

    that would have caused quite an uprising, due to the fact that they are changing laws and rules. some people may have been content with those laws and didn't want them to change. like using a warrant to search. if they changed it so a warrant wasn't needed, that's an invasion of privacy. get what I'm saying?
