Solve the word problem. Olivia has 21 coins in her drawer. Nine of the coins are nickels, and the rest are pennies. What is the total value of the coins in her drawer? A. 21¢ B. 30¢ C. 45¢ D. 57¢

    so 9 coins are nickel so nickel is 5 cents so to find the value of the nickel is 5 cents times the number of coins which is 9 so 9 times 5 is 45 and it said rest of them are pennies and there are 21 coins in all total so 21 muis 9 cause we already got nine coins cover so it be 12 pennys so 45 +12 pennies = to 57
