Do you know how to graph y=3x+2?
My teacher allows us to use graphing calcs so yes
ok well I would draw y=3x+2 on a paper and erase the part of the line that comes after x=5 and put a hole at x=5 since it is says f(x)=3x+2 when x<5 (which means this part does not include what happens at x=5)

Other answers:

then on that same paper (the same graph) draw y=-3x-2
but for it erase every part of that line that comes before x=5
Okay one sec. Lemme start that and see if i get it.
|dw:1441828029756:dw| would it look something like this?
well you have some overlapping x values there
|dw:1441828111827:dw|
okay so the concept of the lines I get and the dots are to show whether it's greater than or less than
the dots are there if you have the equal the holes are there if you don't have the equals part
What happens when I have 3 equations??
you do the same thing
graph all three and look at the intervals to figure out where to erase
ugh none of the graphs are matching what I'm getting
