    So basically the line between the two means divide, just like a fraction. But if fractions confuse or stress you out do not worry. Let's look at 7x. 7x means 7(x) or 7 times another number, right? All you have to do is multiply 7 by one of the 4 answer choices, then divide the number you get by 8 and if it is the correct answer you should get 21! Hope this helps! :)
