Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1pH of 14 implies that it's highly basic and there are virtually no hydrogen ions in that solution.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1When pH increases the H+ concentration decreases !

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1If you want to understand why pH + pOH = 14 pH means negative log though so the pH is very small meaning that theres virtually no H+

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Usually pH ranges are: From 1 to around 6 it is acidic And when pH = 7 it is considered as neutral When pH is above 7 it is considered as basic.
