Which one do you think it is?
the second one
I'm thinking the last one. The reason is that "however" is a subordinating conjunction. When it comes to this word in particular at least, I've only seen it in three places: the beginning of a sentence(followed by a comma), between two commas, and after a semicolon(also followed by a comma)
