    #10 7x=42 just divide both sides by x since you are trying to isolate x whats 7/7 its 1 right so you are left with x whats 42/7=?

    Nope and 12/3=4 right? so... 64+9(4)(2)−7 =64+(9)(8)−7 =64+72−7 =136−7 = ?
