how does water relate to the ability of a living thing to create energy? without the proper balance of water,chemical reactions in cell would not take place water is responsible for the generation in the cell the cell is and aqueous environment

    Its without the proper balance of water,chemical reactions in cell would not take place......... Just for the example think about respiration....Water acts as a medium for exchange of gases in Alveoli

    You can go a few weeks without food, but cant go a few days without water for this reason!
