    no not quite only subtract the exponet -3 muis 4 is 1 you were adding them

    i felt like im cross eye but no when you use to combine the big number you have to add the exponet not subtract cause youre not simifly it youre combining it

    so it -3 plus 4 which is 1 so it gives us 5^1 ___ 2 and it be 5/2 so C
