This week he spent 11 hours doing homework. He says that he spent 110% more time doing homework this week. Is he correct? Show your work to justify your decision.

110% of 10 is \(1.1 \times10=11\) So if he did 110% more he would have done 11 more hours, meaning he would have done 21 hours total
