    so... in making the statements congruent, you need the correct angles in order

    Congruency is a relation of correspondence, meaning that you have to name the corresponding vertices their congruent equal on the other triangle. Though this is perfectly conmutative, the most correct way to describe a congruency between triangles would be notating their corresponding vertices.
