Simplify negative 6 over 3 divided by 2 over negative 9.

    mean 6/3 divided by 2/9 divide will change in multiply and 2/9 becomes 9/2 then the equation will become 6/3 *9/2 then just multiply them nominator with nominator and denominator with denominator try it

    To do this you need the reciprical, or baiscally the upside down value, of the right equation. so it would be 6 9 -- x -- 3 2
