a shop advertised a 22% off sale. If a coat originally sold for $253 dollars , find the decrease in price and the sale price.

    so you would do: .22*253=$55.66 to find the sale price: 253-55.66=197.34 so the decrease in price is 55.66, and the sale price is $197.34
