The consumption of a vegetable has decreased. The consumption per capita in 2000 was 25.5 pounds. and in 2010 , the consumption dropped to 11.5 pounds. Find the percent decrease. Round to the nearest 10th of a percent.

    it says to find the amount of that decrease based on the original amount. i got 14% as well, but its not correct
