how come the second one doesn't have anything next to the 2.5g?

mmmm!! as i said , math notation is not my forte follow that website i linked -- and post what you think it should be. then we can take it forward all i'm saying is that the first bit comes with a condition that g<= 10, the second doesn't, but i suppose you could say g > 10 for the second bit. :p
