I got A 10 + (9 ) > 3+ (25) = 19> 22 When the negative charge decreases the value of it increases as it is getting closer to the positive side. So when u have a greater negative value and smaller negative value the We consider that the greater negative value is smaller than the smaller one. So the answer is A
