Can someone check my work? (x^2 x 2)/(x+1). I simplified to (x+1)(x 2)/(x+1). Crossed out the (x+1)'s to find a hole at 1.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I'm supposed to find an ordered pair so I plugged 1 into the simplified equation and got undefined since it's dividing by zero?

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1You have it correct. `(x^2 x 2)/(x+1)` simplifies to `x2` and there is a hole at `(1,3)` Plug `x = 1` into `x2` and you'll find that the y coordinate is `3`
