I never knew there was a sleep section but this is an FLVS question so it is school

Any of you kids ever heard of "Google"? It's this cool search machine, where you would enter queries like "sleep challenge" and then it will tell you exactly what it is. The sleep challenge, which is also know as the “Pass Out Challenge” involves one bending over and breathing heavily so that they hyperventilate, quickly standing up, and having another person put pressure on their chest until they pass out. It is however in no way related to FLVS nor OpenStudy Feedback... Ask these questions in the chat next time you can't figure out how to google stuff.

I didnt know if those were the same. Im taking a fitness class and i wanted to see if it was the same
