    you don't want any negatives inside there you want 2x+6 to be positive or zero that means you want 2x+6 to be greater than 0 or equal to 0 that means you need to solve 2x+6>=0

    if something is positive it is always greater than 0 if something is 0 it is equal to 0 we wanted 2x+6 to be positive or zero so we wanted 2x+6>=0
