Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.03. the variable is the number of miles. We will call the number of miles "x" She gets $15 per mile, so 15x. And she has to earn $450. equation: 15x=450 to solve for x, you have to divide each side by 15 x= 450/15 x=30 She would have to bike 30 miles

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0so if she can only bike 25 miles, she is short 5 miles (3025=5). So she is short $50 (5 * $15=$50). She's riding 25 miles 450/25=x x=18 She would need $18 per mile to make $450
