Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0D is the answer because nickles are worth 5 cents each, there are 20 coins that add up to a total of 28 cents, if he has 2 nickles, thats 10 cents, then that makes room for 18 more cents, if the rest of the 18 cents are pennies, thats a total of 20 coins and a total of 28 cents.
