    when data is skewed there are outliers. The problem with outliers they have a significant influence on the mean.... e.g. 1, 2, 3, 100 the mean is 26.25 eliminate the outlier 100 and the mean is 2 if you look at the 4 numbers the median is 2.5 which is the best measure of the centre mean or median... this idea needs to be applied to skewed data

    is range of a data set affected by outliers...? range is a measure of spread

    well i'd say the 2nd question the 3rd question and you may be missing something in the last question

    So, the second question would actually be center! The third question is actually false. The last question is missing range! am i right?

    oh one problem i can onnly mark at max three of the things in question three so something is wrong there
