Yeah i have and the only points I am seeing is that gerontion is an old man who is getting a story read to him by a boy.

In truth some of the points are about how he is a old man. Highlight stuff that seems like it explains it well.

Well you could start with exploring the fact that Gerontion is an old man who has sought internal refuge through his need to scrutinize and analyse all opinion as opposed to act upon them. Then explore how as the boy reads, Gerontion’s mind wanders. Explore the imagery and its intended affect on the reader and the overall discussion in certain excerpts An interesting extract is: By Hakagawa, bowing among the Titians; By Madame de Tornquist, in the dark room Shifting the candles; Fraulein von Kulp Who turned in the hall, one hand on the door. Debases sacraments of religion within modern society where spiritual poverty extends towards modern society evidenced by the four people described by the narrator.

Just search for the analysis on google and paraphrase the best ideas. Through understanding deeper analysis you'll begin to understand them yourself.
