    I think that it is a complete sentence, just because it has a subject and a verb, I could be wrong though. And as for the question. Any possible motive is completely obscure. It sounds like a riddle, though I do believe that it makes sense to me, it is all about perspective. Anyways, I doubt that helped, but if it did then yay! Alright, have an amazing Wednesday!
