Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Well first things first, that's factoring the problem.. So factor the quadratic which is.. \[m^27mn+12n^2\] The factors of 12 that sum to 7 are 3 and 4. So, \[m^27mn+12n^2 = (m3n)(m4n)\]
