Construction. In mining, workers take whatever ore is their job from the earth. In agriculture, we're obviously taking supplies from the ground. In the Oil industry, we drill for the oil. When it comes to construction, we're creating something(though materials are generally taken from the earth, but the idea itself is that we're building, not destroying)
