1. An average American sustaining diet is 2500 "calories" (actually kilocalories) of food intake per day. How many gallons of pure water would be heated from 25 degrees C (room temp) to 75 degrees C (hot water) by this daily caloric intake? Facts: 1 gallon= 3.78 Liters = 3780 cubic centimeters 1calorie heats 1cc of pure water by 1 degree C and 50 calories heat 1 cc of pure water by 50 degrees C. Write the answer and an equation describing your method. I really don't understand what to do I know to convert, but I'm lost
