It's NaOH and vinegar

If the NaOH is the solute and vinegar the solvent? I'm assuming vinegar will evaporate, so if there is less vinegar, what will happen to the (concentration) molarity on NaOH? Good luck with these questions they would drive me crazy when I was doing this kind of lab work.
