Vivid imagery is a word that paints a picture. Like, The house was pretty. Instead you could use picturesque to paint more of a picture

Hair like frosting on a cake, Tall like a building , eyes red like a fire. Makes no sounds when he is approaching what is his enemy. Quick swift movements that you wont even see in a blink of an eye .... is this a good example ? i havent finished but is this good ? for now and what should i add?

Now think of a character you like. One from a book or movie, now picture them as a villain. What do they look like? What do they do? How do they act? Now write down what you picture.

Yes that's good, but you should probably say who the character is.

I don't really know what your teacher wants, answer that, but it sounded like, from what I read, that its a character that already exists. So think of a hero, and turn him evil. That's what I would do anyways.
