Before we look at how many feet of white ribbon she needs for 18 wreaths, let's start with a simpler question: how many feet of white ribbon does she need for 1 wreath? :)

Since this question just wants an approximate answer, let's simplify our life a bit and just call it "a bit less than 4 feet".

So if it takes a bit less than 4 feet to make one wreath, how many feet will you need to make 18 wreaths?

Excellent! So she needs a bit less than 72 feet, and you can now pick the best answer from your four choices :)
