A school bus has 25 seats, with 5 rows of 5 seats. 15 students from the first grade and 5 students from the second grade travel in the bus. How many ways can the students be seated if all of the second-grade students occupy the first row?

    If the 2nd graders get the whole first row that means that the remain possibilities that remain must be 20 seats to be made into numerous choices.

    is this textbook homework? My guess is B. Let me explain it. Since the 5 2nd graders get the first row that means out of 25 seats there are 20 left. So 20 seats are fought for by the remaining 15 first graders.
