    as Mertsj said, `A relation is a set of ordered pairs.` so basically, a relation is anything with a bunch of points on an xy grid. In the case of the circle, it's a bunch of points plotted to form a circle. So yes @sloppycanada the circle graph is a relation

    that's a function because it is impossible to pass a vertical line through more than one point on the parabola So it passes the vertical line test
