Based off of the model P= 2t^2 - 4.3t + 462, when will the population reach 716 million?

    If the P is representing Population, then you just have to set P=716 and solve for the when, t is time i guess

    yes, you will get two values for time, t, but i assume you can ditch the negative value for time
