Akbar was in fact the muslim ruler of india and instead of forcing the non-Muslim people to convert to his religion, he was very kind to them. Akabr allowed them to practice their religion, abolished special taxes for non Muslims, translated Hindu texts, and participated in Hindu festivals. So option D is not the right answer since he allowed everyone to be whatever religion they desire, option C is incorrect because he was not a Safavid ruler and option B is incorrect because he was not part of the Ottoman empire.
