Prezygotic barrier is a type of reproductive isolation that occurs before the formation of a zygote can take place. In most cases mating does not even occur. If a species has specific mating rituals, a different closely related species will likely have the wrong mating ritual. Another would be, of course, physical or temporal isolation--if 2 species are never together, or never ready to mate at the same time, they won't mate, even if they theoretically could. So I guess the answer should be species C and D
