OH! Sum of the outer and inner products.... so $$(11x*7)+(-7*2x)$$ :) I hope this helps...

|dw:1442874102756:dw| So yes "inner product" means $$\large (-7 \times 2x)$$ "outer product is the $$\large (11x \times 7)$$ So yes...sum those up as @haleyelizabeth2017 has shown $\large (-7 \times 2x)+(11x \times 7)$ $\large -14x + 77x$ $\large 63x$
