Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1This one was so easy because remember a line perpendicular to another line has the negative reciprocal of the slope of the line in question \[\large y = \frac{1}{3}x + 9\] The slope here is 1/3 ...the negative reciprocal of that is 3...so that narrowed it down right away to B
