why would it be assumed that innate behaviors were coded somewhere in dna?

    \(Innate~ Behavior:\) This behavior is something an animal is born with, they are sometimes referred to as instincts or intrinsic behavior. DNA represents the definitive code which governs all life. It has been compared to a sophisticated computer program from which every aspect of an individual organism is built.
