Do you mean your verbal skills? So, your ability to speak?

You should try reading English books. Reading can help you make your vocabulary better. Start out small - do not read hard books. Read easy books, then when you can read the easy books perfectly, slowly start reading harder ones. You can also watch English television shows and learn new words from that. It's OK - learning a new language can be very difficult, so don't feel bad if you aren't very good at it at first.

Reading aloud helps a whole lot. You can write note of pretty much anything and then say it aloud and then correct it. Writing notes to family members, there are a lot of ways you can improve your English, but reading books and writing are the most helpful. :) Please don't forget to close the question when you have a firm grasp on the topic that you were having trouble with. Thanks and have a great day.
