its A. Reason: It cant be B becuz the manga carta was written during the medieval period around 1215 saying that the king needed to give people fair trails in court instated of just beheading them. C, I'm not sure about b/c I haven't heard of it:( D, Is also not the answer because "common sense" was written by Thomas Paine talking about how the colonist didn't have common sense ....
