Which sentence uses engaging details to tell a story? I felt so embarrassed when the teacher called on me in front of the whole class, and I did not know the answer. Because I did not know the answer, I felt so embarrassed in class when the teacher called on me. My face turned bright red and my eyes swelled with tears when the teacher called on me and I didn’t know the answer. When the teacher asked me a question in front of the class, I didn’t know the answer, and I felt embarrassed.

the question is asking which one uses the most detail, or most interesting detail. In other words the way to answer this question is to read them all and mark of the ones that were boring.

First lets start of with the most boring which is D, They dont use any good details, and is in a basic "and next" type of narrating.

Next lets go to B, it is still following a very basic pattern, but he has added some detail, an improvement from D :) -claps-

Now lets move on to A, he is no longer following a boring "and then" or next hapened this type of pattern. In fact the way he wrote it builds a little bit of suspense, before you get to finish the scentence, the slight pause due to the commma helps build suspense :D.
