    I assume that the third number is - 0.2x + 15 rather than - 0.2 + 15?

    To find the perimeter, all you need to do is add those expressions together.

    So: 2x + (2.3x + 14) + (-0.2x +15) So = 2x + 2.3x - 0.2x + 14 + 15 = 4.1x + 29
