Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0but this will be useful because the number in the hundredths place will be 7 and the number in the thousandths place is 3. if the number in the thousandths place is 4 or less, then the 6 (hundredths place) will be the same but if the number is 5 or more, then you need to move the number up ( so it will be 6 > 7)
