    How does this image reflect George Washington's views on government? He believed in the importance of state sovereignty. He had a foreign policy that favored Great Britain. He did not believe presidents ought to have a third term. He believed the federal government needed more power.

    but yeah go with D. he did believe that the central federal government was to weak, but he didn't want it to strong either, for fear of another Britain

    but popular sovereignity makes the federal government stronger. so A could have been right. D was just the better answer
